Gorgeous vintage Billy Royal brown patent leather breast collar loaded with sterling overlay.  The silver is pronged in between the leather.  Nice patina on the silver.  Chest straps are 16 1/4 inches long.  Leather is just under 1 1/4 inches wide.  From the 70's and in great condition.  Note: one silver keeper and tip are missing.  My uncle had horses for 40 years and we are selling his horse related items over the next several months.
