This is a laser cut wood kit with white metal detail parts. Based on a real building. 

Building is made to allow for an interior to be added if you desire. Roof and 2nd floor removable. Signs and other details included. The scalloped sloping roof really adds to the building aesthetics. Comes as a kit and is unpainted.

Made in the USA.
