Ø  In case of Non-Delivery, you are advised to contact your local carrier indicating your tracking number and claim the delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

Ø  Returns accepted only in case of delivery of wrong edition or defective/damaged book within 30 days after the date of delivery.

Ø  In case of a return the refund shall be done only through PayPal subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

Ø  The buyer shall be responsible for all Return Shipping costs. Return shipping cost shall be paid only in case of damaged book received.

Ø  Customers must request a Returned Authorization Number from us before a return.  The tracking number of return shipment is required.
