AESUB Transparent

World's only transparent and sublimating 3D scanning spray

AESUB Transparent is a scanning spray that temporarily mattes glossy surfaces with a transparent film. This allows optical scanners to capture not only the surface contours but also the color values of the measured object at the same time. AESUB Transparent is also a sublimating spray, which means that the coating starts to vanish after the effective scanning time has passed removing the need of any cleaning required after scanning.

The pigment free nature of AESUB Transparent allows it to be used in sensitive areas (laboratories, production, etc.) and protects the equipment from contamination by deposition of pigments.

    • How to apply?

    Spray

    Apply AESUB Blue from 15-20 cm away. Gently push down on the nozzle and move the can across the area using even, back and forth strokes. Move at a consistent pace to achieve an even coating. Spray over the entire surface that you will be scanning.

    Scan

    Scanning can begin as soon as the surface has a stable & white coating. Scan the object as usual.

    Done

    The applied coating of AESUB Transparent will sublime in the specified time and thus eliminates the need for complex cleaning after use.
