Power injector was pulled from a defective Samsung security monitor with a damaged screen. Supply shown however works perfectly.

It comes with the 2 mounting screws it initially was pulled with and the original male to female extension that was used on this monitor. If a regular computer tower 3 prong cord is desired, please be sure to let me know and I'll send one of those instead of the one it came with here in the description.
