• After 30 days, we offer a repair to all customers; If a handset is returned for a repair but is deemed as uneconomical to repair, a replacement handset will be issued.

• Battery related issues that occur are only covered for 3 months of the warranty period.

• Delivery will be to the address specified in Your Order only in the UK mainland. We offer a variety of delivery options but We shall have no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the Product, if the delay or failure is wholly or partially caused by circumstances beyond Our control.
