·        When returning an item, please ensure that it is unused and in its original condition with all tags still attached. We cannot accept returns for new items that have detached tags, or that have been opened or used.

·        If you return a new item that has been used or has detached tags, we will apply a non-negotiable 30% restocking fee to the refund to account for the decreased value of the item.

·        We will also apply a 30% restocking fee for used items that are returned in a different condition than when they were originally sent. This includes items with new stains, tears, rips, and visible damages.
