After-sales service Customized products generally do not accept returns or exchanges, but if your product has quality problems, wrong letter print information, etc. after arrival, please be sure to report it to me immediately - within 24 hours after receipt, I will reply as soon as possible (refund or resend product), thank you!

Usually we ship all items within 2-3 days of receiving cleared payment except Sunday & Holiday in India. In case of any delay, you will be duly informed and will update you with the expected date of dispatch

Note - Delivery time depends on destination and other factors. This is expected time of delivery and sometimes it may takes longer period of time because of your Countries Custom Clearance.

-      R e t u r n     P o l i c y –

We accept returns within 30 days. Refund or Exchange will be made only after we receive the faulty item. If the item(s) are mishandled, physically damaged or distorted in any form other than the original factory condition refund/exchange will be cancelled. Please note that all faulty items must be reported to us within 7 days from the date of receipt.
