This antique pitcher and cup set is attributed to Morgantown Glass. 

The pitcher features a Fontana shape with applied handle. 

Each of the pieces features a hammered silver overlay around the rim.

The four cups match the pitcher--also featuring applied handles and hammered silver overlay.

Since they have a crackle finish that could disguise cracks, they were all filled with water and tested. 

There were no leaks. 

One of the cups does have chipping to the heavy silver overlay on the rim--see photos.
