Installation instructions for injectors

First, disconnect the plug from the injector. Then disconnect the vacuum hose and fuel return hose from the fuel pressure regulator, and then disconnect the fuel hose from the manifold.

Remove the retaining nuts on the distributor and harness rack.

Remove the distributor and then remove the injector from the distributor

First, insert the injector into the distributor. Then care should be taken to apply a clean layer of oil to the new sealing ring, and then push the injectors into the intake manifold. (Pay attention to the damage to the 0 ring, and the injector should be installed first on the manifold and then on the intake manifold.)

Replace the fuel hose with a new washer and connect it to the manifold, then connect the connector to the injector and wiring harness and connect the vacuum hose and return line to the fuel pressure regulator. And then install the intake manifold and the intake manifold cover.
Installation steps for lambda sensors:

Diagnostic trouble codes to identify the faulty sensor Test the zero state with the multimeter and select multiple points to measure the signal output.

Disconnect the oxygen sensor, remove the oxygen sensor Remove the cover, slowly unscrew the oxygen sensor plug before opening the triangular iron to see your own oxygen sensor.

Compare the lambda sensor The problem can be detected by comparing the removed sensor with the newly purchased lambda sensor.

Install the new sensor and connect the wiring harness Install the new oxygen sensor according to the position of the original oxygen sensor, screw the plug to the joint.Clear the codes and start the vehicle After the installation is complete, start the vehicle and check if it is running normally.
How are the ignition coils mounted correctly?

If the ignition coils are not used properly, they can easily be damaged. Therefore, customers should consider the following tips when using ignition coils:

Turn off the ignition coils when the engine is not in operation. Avoid exposing the ignition coils to a heated or humid environment.

Spark plugs should not be hung for a long time and replaced regularly.

Control the power of the motor correctly to avoid overvoltage.

Check, clean and attach the circuit connector regularly to avoid a short-circuit phenomenon. The water on the ignition coil can only be dried with a cloth and must not be roasted with fire, otherwise the ignition coils will be damaged.
