Vintage 1981 Heritage Mint Virginia Statehood 1776 Brass Belt Buckle with the Pouch and Unfilled Out Paperwork. Numbered item - NI-0197 - with blank registration card. The belt buckle is in good used condition. It does have some minor spots of discoloration which are typical for its age and use. Please see pictures.
