Full refund will only be given if the item is not described correctly or does not perform its function. 

If you change your mind after receiving the part or order the wrong part the actual shipping price will not be refunded and we charge 20% restocking fee. If you have any questions you may ask us before buying the item. 

Part compatibility is your responsibility; please check carefully before buying the item. Please match our part number with your original one. Item must be in the same condition it was when it left our store in the original box and shipping materials. Please do not attempt to open or reassembly the item in any way, because it does void the warranty. 

Please ship the item back in its original package. If the item was damaged on return shipping due to poor packaging, the return is not accepted. Please make sure the item returned was purchased from us. There is a product inspection with a third party upon receiving the item.


Shipping Information

PLEASE READ!  Due to the logistical issues of the United States Postal Service packages are taking longer than normal to be processed.  We ship all packages with in 1-2 business days.  Once your item is marked as shipped we CAN NOT control the United States Postal Service and their delays.  When applicable we will use FedEx for delivery.  FedEx can not be used for P.O. Boxes. 

WE ONLY SHIP TO CONFIRMED ADDRESSES THROUGH PAYPAL!

Your confirmation and tracking numbers will be submitted to you through Ebay, so please check your Ebay account regularly. 

For shipments outside of the continental 48 states (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico) and all other countries may be more.  Please contact us for a shipping quote PRIOR to purchase if you are in any of these states or other countries. 

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS!! There may be customs charges that you will have to pay on International orders.  Please check with your local import authorities in your country.  We DO NOT have anything to do with custom charges.  NO RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES ACCEPTED!!!!

RETURNS
  • If there is a problem with a part, you must notify us with in 30 days of the delivery date provided on the tracking information. 
  • All parts are pictured before shipment and they must match the pre-shipment pictures when they are returned. 
  • They must be returned in original packaging and using the same shipping service as they were shipped to you (If we ship first class, you return the item via first class through the United States Postal Service). 
  • You, as the buyer, must confirm that the part fits your vehicle BEFORE purchasing.
  • You, as the buyer, are responsible to the pay the return shipping fee.  SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
