This is a WWF action card from 1986 Scanlens. It is one of the Hulk Hogan rookies in the set. Scanlens was the Australian distributor for Topps of this product and it is about 100X rarer than the Topps card. It is also much thinner and was subjected to worse environments such that very few high grade exist. This card is a PSA 6 EX-MT and is the highest of 3 graded so far. It is super sharp with its main issue being back centering, and top bottom front centering to a lesser extent. Great card for a high grade WWF or Hogan collector.
