This metal box measures approx 14.5" x 11.5" x 2.75". The front cover is glass and comes off. Inside under the exit sign is the word "Kenall" I am unsure the model number but on the manufacturer website this looks like the "Correctional Facilities" Exit sign

The current holes are in the back for a rear wall mount

This is HEAVY, 14 pounds.
