Return, Exchange and Refunds

Returns: You have 30 days from date of delivery to return your order, if you have decided not to keep the item. You will be responsible for the return cost and item returned must be in original packaging unopened and unused condition.

Exchange: If you have decided to exchange an item already received, you need to first return the original item in original packaging unopened and unused condition.

Faulty Item: You will receive a refund or replacement when we have received and tested the faulty item which usually takes 1-2 weeks after we have received your item. Some items may need to be sent to the manufacturer for testing or repair which can take longer.

We do not offer a replacement service while your item is being tested. If you need to continue using your item then we would suggest that you place a new order for the same or similar product and request a refund for your faulty item.

Delivery Information

Dispatch Time: We normally dispatch the item within 1 working day once the payment is cleared.

Free Delivery: Free delivery usually takes 3-5 working days for the item to be delivered. In some cases, it may take up to 10 working days.

Express Delivery: It takes 1 working day for the item to be delivered after dispatch. In most cases, you will receive your item in 24 Hrs but sometime it may take more than 1 working day. If needed URGENTLY, please use express service at checkout.

If you are not in to accept delivery: If you or the intended recipient is not in when delivery is attempted, the carrier should leave a card confirming that they have tried to deliver. Please follow the instructions on the card to arrange redelivery or collection. If this is not done then the parcel will be returned to sender and we will contact you. We will then require the delivery cost to be repaid before the goods are resent. We cannot be held responsible if you are not in to receive a parcel or if you fail to re-arrange a delivery.
