This NOS plastic designation card holder will fit 563-8 and 2563-8 style multi-line business phones where the plastic cover rests flush with the plastic of the case.  THESE ARE 4 INCHES LONG and will fit faceplates that were made for Western Electric phones: at least some ITT faceplates add 0.25" and these will be too short.  It comes with a reproduction number or designation card marked "HOLD" with button dividing lines which has the vintage look of one from the late 1960's to 1980's. The listing is for one card and one plastic cover. The cover may have storage scuffs but no scratches or cracks as they are NOS. I print the cards in black and off-white aged light sepia tone on repurposed medium card stock and hand cut them longer than needed to make them less likely to slip around installed on your phone. Small burs might be found at the edges which will not be visible once installed. The dimensions are such so that this card will fit Western Electric, Northern Electric and other business phones using plastic snap in covers as described.  These are longer than the ones found on 1500, 2500, Trimline and Princess Phones and will not fit these type phones. They are also 0.25" too short for ITT business phone faceplates. Buy some extras and save.
