Packaging: 

Deliveries take place in 2/4 working days, except for islands and isolated locations. Before proceeding with the purchase it is always advisable to check the availability of the products. shipments are made from Monday to Friday, the package is shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).

Returns/Exchanges: 

If the size is wrong, or if you simply want to exchange the item for another one in our shop, the steps to take are as follows:
Contact us:  Within 10 days of receiving the item you must contact us by phone or email.
Goods control:  In order to be replaced or returned, the goods must return to the office as received, unused, creased, damaged, washed or dirty and in the original package/box. (1) 
 Send everything to the address below, if you don't have a courier available we offer a reduced cost collection and delivery service.
