Its new - never used for what it was originally intended. It does have some dirt / dust on it as it was a training bag. No holes, no rips, no wearing, no smell, no odd staining, no loose stitching. Minimal fade - will work perfect and ready to use. Manufacture stamps are clear and show 1984 contract date.

 Heavy duty thick rubberized material. Heavy duty zipper. 6 carry handles. Head stamp is visible.
