SHIPPING- All orders placed and paid before 3:00 PM EST are shipped the same day. Orders placed and paid after 3:00 PM EST are shipped the next business day.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS- If an item you purchase from Fix It For Less is defective, contact us. We'll replace it or refund your purchase price.

DAMAGED ITEMS- If you think you have received a damaged item, please contact us right away. We will replace the item or refund your purchase price. There is a 25% restocking fee for any item returned for any reason other than defective or damaged.  If the item appears to have been damaged during shipping, we may ask you to hold the damaged item for inspection by the shipper.

NOTE:   We offer FREE Priority and UPS shipping to all states with exception of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands and Samoa and other American Territories, extra shipping fee will be charged.  (FOR SPECIAL SHIPPING: Some exceptions apply at the expense of the customer.) Please inquire regarding extra shipping costs BEFORE PURCHASE. In order to refund you for your purchase we must first receive the original package that was sent to you.
