Watto is a corrupt Toydarian junk dealer in Mos Espa on Tatooine who bought Shmi Skywalker and Anakin Skywalker  (future Darth Vader) from Gardulla the Hutt. Watto is an 6" action figure with wings.  Featured in the cult science fiction  classic - Star Wars  - Episode One - The Phantom Menace and Attack of the Clones. "Mind tricks don't-a work on-a me.
