Watto, The Phantom Menace 1998 Star Wars, 8 -9 inch collectable action figure. 

Watto was a corrupt Toydarian junk dealer in Mos Espa on Tatooine who bought Shmi Skywalker and Anakin Skywalker (future Darth Vader) from Gardulla the Hutt. Watto is an 8 - 9 " action figure with wings. Has a very long chord ( seems extra long honestly) from a pouch on his back to what I think is his weapon.. some kind of communications doohickey?? Remote control? Not sure...  Featured in the cult science fiction classic - Star Wars  - Episode One - The Phantom Menace.
