All requested refund would be issued within 14 days of the completed sale and item should be returned to us with its original package at the expenses of the customers. We cannot cancel an order once an item has been sent to production to be printed, personalized or made. If you wish to cancel an order for goods which are to be personalized you must do so before it is sent to production. Please bear in mind some orders are sent to production immediately to ensure a fast service, so please contact us ASAP.
All returned products: customers need to put their full name, address and return reason in writing with the return product.
Please make a note that your item will be dispatched only after the receipt of full payment.
At the moment, free postage is only to the UK Mainland delivery. Please ensure that the shipping address and postcode, available to us is up to date.
A re-delivery charge may be applied in the event that an order is undeliverable or has been returned back to us.
We can only entertain claims of shortages if they are reported to us within 7 days of receipt. Please open your package as soon as you receive it to ensure you have received the correct items.
If you are unavailable to accept delivery and the order is too large for a standard letterbox it will be taken back to the courier delivery depot. Orders are placed on the understanding that the buyer accepts responsibility for collecting the item from local delivery office if they have missed the delivery.
Please note we cannot accept any responsibility for delayed deliveries during any postal worker strike, natural calamities or industrial action.
