  • All returned items must be in original condition and packaging. 
  • Exchanges are for same side or same item only. No Exceptions
  • We do not accept returned items without issuing an RMA number ( Return Merchandise Authorization ).NO EXCEPTION
  • For all claims / returns / exchanges / refunds, customer must show proof of the item being property of AceCo Auto Parts. This can be done by sending photos of the item to AceCo Auto Parts through eBay message. Please make sure our permanent company sticker is visible ON THE ITEM in at least ONE OF the photos.
  • Refunds usually take 3 to 5 business days for ebay / PayPal to process. If you paid with a credit card, it may take longer, depending on your card provider. We have NO control over the time frame for refund processing. Please contact ebay / PayPal regarding refunds.
