Dispatch time

Current dispatch time is same or next working day, orders placed after 2PM Friday will be shipped on Monday. 

Gift wrapping

Our £1.50 gift wrapping option will wrap your gift box in the beautiful, luxury Kraft wrapping paper as pictured with a free personalised message on a Kraft tag. It’s a strong sturdy wrapping paper that is made from 100% recycled material and is also fully recyclable. 

If you do not choose gift wrapping and would like to include a free personalised message, the message will be printed and stuck inside the box.

Substitutions

Please note we try not to substitute any items, but in the event of a substitution, it will be for an item that is the same size and value. We are extremely well stocked so substitutions are rare.

Shipping 

Beautifully packaged with tissue paper, with the option to personalise for FREE. If you need this in a hurry you can upgrade to Royal Mail 24 Fully Tracked for only £2.

Packaging

We use strong sturdy mailing boxes and the sweets are inside these boxes wrapped in tissue paper as pictured. The box is delivered in a strong, waterproof mailing bag. 99% of boxes arrive intact but if your box turns up damaged, please contact us before leaving us a review. We take a lot of time and care to package each order and we can assure you any damages are just as frustrating to us as they are to you.
