** all the pieces shown in photos.

** some pieces are missing such as the 2 clear pieces for the back of the treat cart. One of the floor pieces for the pizza parlor.

** all missing pieces are not listed here but the pieces included built the entire large build and most of the pizza parlor and treat cart.

The build is shown in the photos as built without missing pieces.

** some substitutions have been made from other sets as well so color shades may differ slightly since they got mixed up during play.

** 8 complete buildable shopkins included with feet attachments that can be swithched to other shopkins to help them stand on the bricks.

** all pre-owned in nice condition. Even the cardboard signs are in good shape.

** some stickers have been torn or peeled off from repeated play and use. Most are still attached.

Pre-owned items  may have minor  scrapes,scratches, paint wear and transfer from normal use. See Photos. No cracked or broken pieces.  Smoke free home.
