Poly strapping tensioner. Has been tested to ensure it works well. Tensioner will tension strap all the way up to 1" wide. Will not work with 1 1/4".

Unsure of brand. Says made in Switzerland but there are so many Chinese knock offs its hard to say if it actually is.
