Delivery

Postage and packing on all our listings is complimentary, unless otherwise stated. We aim dispatch within 1-2 days depending on the time of order. All small items will be dispatched by Royal Mail; the service used for your item will be displayed on listing. Larger and heavier items will be dispatched via DPD and will be dispatched on a next day service, unless stated otherwise. DPD deliver between Monday to Friday.

Returns

You have 30 days from the receipt of your item to cancel your order via Lister's without giving any reason. If you wish to cancel you must notify us by a clear statement, e.g. by post or email. We would recommend contacting us by phone first to arrange the return. If you cancel your item, we will reimburse to you all the payment received including the cost of delivery. You will reimburse in the same manner as to which you paid, e.g. PayPal

Warranty

All BMW products come with a 2 year warranty. If the item becomes faulty within 24 months of your purchase date, you can make a claim at any BMW retailer within the UK or please contact us to make a claim. Fair wear and tear and parts fitting incorrectly are not covered under this warranty.

Payment

We only accept PayPal payments. If you wish to collect the item, you may pay by credit/debit card or cash upon collection. We regret we cannot take card payments over the phone. All items dispatched will be accompanied by a VAT receipt. All our listings include VAT at the standard rate.
