All are in good or fair condition, with the exception of the volume on Bismarck, which is as-is. The volume on Bismarck has severe hinge wear, which causes the last section of the book to be very loose. All other volumes have age-related toning and foxing on the pages, and some wear and slight discoloration to covers and spines. Any issues with hinges or binding due to age or wear could provide an excellent opportunity for restoration or rebinding, if desired.
