Delivery Information
Orders are dispatched using trusted courier services including Royal Mail, Evri (formerly Hermes), and DX Overnight.

- Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days, although delays may occasionally extend delivery up to 5 working days.
- Once dispatched, shipment confirmation will be sent via email.
- All goods are shipped directly from the UK.

Delivery Address Policy
Orders will be dispatched to the address registered on your eBay account. Address amendments must be requested within 24 hours of purchase and before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, address changes and related claims cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

International Orders
For orders placed outside the UK:
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
