This unique bangle features six finely detailed Italian-made charms: St. Dymphna with "Patron Saint of Alzheimer's and Dementia" engraved on the reverse side, Miraculous Medal, Four-Way Devotional Catholic Cross, Holy Spirit Charm, Hands in Prayer Charm and a Cutout Cross Charm.

In addition to the six charms that are included (see first photo), you may add-on additional charms.  Please see the third image for optional Italian-made charms you may add.  If you decide to add extra charms to your bangle, please send me a message with the corresponding number of the charm.  For example, #3, #10.  Please note:  if you add-on a letter charm or birthstone crystal, please let me know which letter  charm and/or birthstone crystal you'd like.  If you have any questions, please send me a message.

You may choose Small, Medium or Large.  Please see bangle size chart photo for measuring instructions.  (The size depends on hand measurement, not wrist measurement.)

Everything is assembled on a high-quality, hypoallergenic, wire bangle bracelet. The bangle bracelet is made of stainless-steel, so it will never rust or tarnish.

You bangle will be packaged in an organza gift bag.
