Exercises from the Model Look training are aimed at improving posture and are aimed especially at working people who spend a lot of time behind a desk.
The training strengthens the core muscles, including the abdominal and back muscles, with particular emphasis on the muscles responsible for pulling the shoulder blades.
The training consists of a warm-up and 5 parts, each of which lasts about 6 minutes and includes 2 or 3 exercises performed 3 times.
There is a one-minute rest break between training parts and then stretching exercises.
Some exercises will require small dumbbells or 2 1/2 liter water bottles.
