Payment:

Shipping & Handling time:

• All shipping rates include insurance on the products. You will be provided with tracking information immediately upon shipment.
• Domestic Shipping Fee is included for shipping within the U.S.
• Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment and all necessary information is received.
• A tracking # for the shipment will be sent to either PayPal or E-mail.
• For all international buyers, please contact us for shipping rates.
• For all international buyers, buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes due from shipment. We are not held liable for inspection times due by customs.
• Buyers will be held liable for any change of address once item is shipped.

Return/Exchange/Refund policy:

• Refund will be issued upon receiving and verifying your return order ( no missing parts, all items must be in resalable condition ).
• Any items you wish to return will be credited back to you not including our original shipping costs.
• If free shipping is offered, the shipping and handling fee is not refundable.
• Buyer is responsible for shipping cost for return or exchanges.
• Any shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, including return shipping cost.
• If you need to return or exchange an item, please e-mail me to obtain a return merchandise authorization ( RMA ). You will need to include a RMA number in your return/exchange. If return/exchange does not include a RMA number, the return/exchange will be refused.
