We gladly accept returns on all items that meet the following conditions:
1- Item must be in new condition and show no signs of use.
2- Item must be in original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your account. However, for certain products we reserve the rights to deduct the shipping cost that was used to send the item.
