Beautiful Victorian woman, ceramic, made in the 1940's by popular artist Lee Wollard.  Features a woman wearing a soft light blue dress with with white ruffled trim and pink floral detail..  She is wearing a matching hat.  PLEASE NOTE- There are several areas on the lace that have broken off, so please view photos and video carefully.
