Vintage hand made Yemenite fine filigree sterling silver gold wash round pin/pendant combo, rope set turquoise colored cabochon stones, not sure of their composition, they are a beautiful greenish blue color, with no veining.
Very nice condition, 1 3/8" wide, the bale has a hallmark I can't make out, and is simply impressed with 925.
