THIS IS A MADE TO LOOK LIKE A CLASSIC VINTAGE BATTERY, THIS BATTERY COVER IS DESIGNED TO BE USED WITH ANY MAINTENANCE FREE FLAT TOP BATTERY (EXIDE, NAPA, DELCO) 24/60 SERIES WITH THE ORIGINAL TERMINAL LOCATION FOR A GM BATTERY. MADE OF HARD  PLASTIC, EASY TO INSTALL. LOOKS LIKE THE ORIGINAL BATTERY THAT CAME WITH YOUR ORIGINAL CLASIC CAR. HAS YELLOW CAPS THAT SAY DELCO, NEW, IN WRAPPER WITH INSTALLLATION INSTRUCTIONS.  It fits the modern group 24 batteries, and fits all maintenance free, flat top, batteries from Delco, Exide, Napa, Autolite, etc with original 8 ¼” terminal spacing.

POSITION TAR TOPPER OVER BATTERY AND PRESS INTO PLACE.  INSTALL HOLD DOWN.  DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN. 

NOTICE:  WHEN INSTALLING THE TAR TOPPER ON THE MOST RECENT VERSION OF THE DELCO GROUP 24 BATTERY, IT MAY BE NECESSARY TO SLIGHTLY TRIM THE TAR TOPPER CASE FOR A PERFECT FIT.  THE EXIDE AND NAPA BATTERIES ARE NOT AFFECTED.            Before Opening a Return Request or eBay Resolution Case
