Franz Bergman (Gablonz, Austria 1838 -1894) FatherFranz Xaviar Bergman ( Vienna, Austria1865- 1953) SonRichard Thuss, born in Nuremberg, studied in Vienna, Munich and Nuremberg. Late in life (after 1930)he lived in Cincinnati untill his death in 1945.From 1918 to 1930 Thuss was the chief sculptor for the Bergmann Foundry and executed many of the highly prized sculptures that are signedNam-Greb, Thuss, or with a B within an urn design (those that were not designed by Franz the elder).Not all sculptures are signed or marked. Animals, Erotic figures, Orientalist figures, Roman soldiers, western figures, historic personages, sports figures, lamps, desk sets, bell pushes, book-ends, mirrors, smoking related, racist figures and almost every conceivable thought that could be turned into a bronze was cast!

are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) mail or UPS. Most
orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase. Please be aware
that not all items are available for USPS shipping due to size and
weight. We do ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico, APO/AE, and
U.S. Virgin Islands, however, an additional charge may be required.

Non-USA customers, you may be responsible for all duty, tax, brokerage
fees that may be due upon delivery (shipping costs cover freight
charges only). We also ship internationally. Please refer to the
