Vintage Saks Fifth Avenue Dress

It does not have a material tag, but it seems to be wool or high wool blend.  It has a rear zipper and sash/tie belt. 

Dress is marked size 7, but it is a true vintage dress and likely runs much smaller than a modern size 7. Please verify measurements in photos. 

It is in overall, very good condition. I always recommend that you have any vintage item cleaned properly. It does have a couple of spots that look like they are surface and will clean. See photos. The sash has a bit of piling on the end. The dress is very bright and fresh looking with a fitted bodice and fuller skirt.
