The Q Series is the absolute best blow off valve on the market for highly modified turbocharged and supercharged vehicles, with a staggering 60% more airflow than the original BV50 design, reducing blowback on high PSI applications. CNC Machined to the highest standards from 6061 Aluminum, the Q Series features a large 1.98" (50.5mm) valve, which makes it among the largest in the world. The valve and seal use a viton O-ring clamped in placed to prevent sticking or pulling out. The valve stem and guide are Teflon-lubricated and hard anodized for superior wear resistance. The V-band clamp and aluminum flange (welding required) makes install clean and simple. The oversized banjo fitting allows for quicker actuator response, while the actuator is equipped with a high temp silicone Nomex-reinforced diaphragm for extended life.
