In fair condition. Covers and spine have age-related wear and toning that has caused discoloration, as well as tears along the corners and edges. The front cover board is bent outwards, and both cover boards are slightly loose. Pages have age-related toning and foxing. Hinges are loose and worn, but pages remain attached throughout the volume. Charles Augustus Goodrich was an American author and minister, best known for the phrase “A place for everything and everything in its place”, which is still in use today.
