This is the latest model from TOMOMI, the bassist of SCANDAL, who celebrated 15 years since the band's formation in 2021 and has made a number of successful world tours and arena performances.
While the body color is traditional, the original color "Clear Fiesta" with transparent wood grain is adopted. The combination of the pick guard of mint green, the pickup cover of cream color, and the stack knob seen in the very early JAZZ BASS from 1960 to 61 gives it a unique look like never before.
With a combination of an alderbody and a vintage style bridge, Pure Vintage '64 Single-Coil Jazz Bass produces a chunky, traditional tone, while the neck features the same slim "C" grip as American Professional II and modern elements of 9.5 inch radius for enhanced playability.
This Jazz Bass has a well-balanced modern element in a vintage style, such as the 5 point neck plate which increases the strength of the joint even though the heel is cut, and the Pure Vintage '70 s with Fender Logo which is not a reverse winding.
