Welsh slate Gifts

Our handcrafted slate wall clocks make a beautiful gift for a family member, friend or work colleague. 
The clock is made from high quality genuine Welsh slate, and is hand made here in Wales. The clock features the Welsh dragon image with Roman numerals along with minute increments which have been permanently engraved on to the clock face. 
Features:
Gold colour metal hour, minute and second hands
Silent non ticking quartz movement, the second hand moves in a smooth continuous sweeping motion.
Dimensions:  diameter 220mm  depth 0.5 - 0.8mm (excluding clock movement)
The clock is supplied with 1 x AA long life alkaline battery.
Please note:
No two pieces of slate will be exactly the same, as it is a naturally occurring  hand cut product. This may result in slight differences in the surface, thickness and smoothness of the slate. It may also contain elements of pyrite (better known as fool's gold). This gives the slate it's unique charm.
The engraving colour may vary from off-white to a sandy or ash grey depending on the individual piece of slate and the natural differences found within it.

If in the unlikely event the product you purchased from us is found to be faulty or damaged please contact us to arrange a replacement item.

Please supply photos where possible to help speed this process up. This does not include spelling / typing errors unless the fault was ours.

Please note; we do not accept change of mind returns on personalised products because once personalised they cannot be re-sold therefore if there is a possibility that you may wish to return your purchases please do not personalise it.

If in the unlikely event you are not happy with the product you purchased from us we offer 30 day no quibble money back guarantee.

The item must be returned to us in its original retail packaging undamaged so it can be resold.

We aim to make delivery of orders within a week of purchase.

We do not charge for delivery and usually post using Royal Mail First Class and Royal Mail Tracked 48.

We also offer a quicker delivery service using Royal Mail Tracked 24. This can be selected at checkout.

Please note Royal Mail Tracked 24 is not a 'Guaranteed' next day delivery. Therefore we can give no guarantee that it will arrive within 24 hours.

All engraving is carried out in house, by ourselves. We use the latest computerised engraving machines to guarantee perfect engraving each and every time.
