Warranty Cover:
2 years seller warranty is given for faults that may arise on the watch. We source 100% genuine items, but as the item is sourced from outside the EU, warranty given is by our supplier network.
Should any faults arise, you will need to send to authorised repair centres. The first step is to make contact through ebay. We will give full instructions and raise an RMA case and proceed from there.
Only the watch mechanism, hands and dial are covered under the terms of the warranty. We will replace or repair any faults that may arise within the 2 year warranty period. Any modifications to the watch or strap will invalidate the warranty cover. Any chaanges to the watch must be done by one of our authorised repair centres.
Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Defects in materials and/or workmanship of the battery, buckle, clasp, case, glass, strap or bracelet.
- Loss of stones or crystals or other decorations.
- Plating or plastic discolouration.
- Damage caused from strap adjustments especially with Ceramic Watches. (We advise you to use a professional watch specialist for adjustments, as any damage caused by adjusting the strap is the customers responsibility.)
- Once the strap is adjusted we are not responsible for bracelet failures. (Especially on Ceramic Watches due to its fragile properties.)
- Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear
- Water damage unless marked water-resistant, or exceeding the usage on water resistant watches. Please make sure you fully understand the water resistance before you order
