My uncle recently passed away and we have started to go through this things.  Based on the condition of the book, I think it just sat on the shelf and it was never used.  However it has sat on the shelf, so the front cover does have a few blemish, I took close up photos, so please inspect them. 

I am not a business, so please inspect the photos carefully and ask for more if there is something you can't tell from the photos.  I do not accept returns due to your lack of inspection, I try to describe to the best of my ability.  

Please keep in mind I can not control how fast the USPS will get you your item.  

Tracking is always provided so please be patient.  

Lack of communication on your part will get you blocked as a buyer from my store.
