Edelweiss is a German Restaurant located in Fort Worth, Texas founded in 1967 by Bernd Schnerzinger

This hat, along with the other Edelweiss hats in my inventory, are all from Bernd’s personal collection from the 1990’s, hence the personalized name “Bernd” embroidered on it. Both Edelweiss & Bernd himself are beloved Fort Worth Icons, making this hat is an extremely rare piece of Fort Worth History!
