This is an L250-40F snap switch, recessed mount. This switch is normally closed and will open if temperatures exceed 250 degrees Fahrenheit. This is an auto-reset switch and will reclose automatically once temperatures drop to the determined limit. This switch is in-line with your auger feed motor and will break electrical connection to the auger motor if it trips.
