Made from catering grade 304 stainless steel these commercial grease traps come in various sizes and are gravity fed meaning no mains power is needed! Simply connect the inlet and outlet to your existing pipework and these commercial Grease Traps become the ideal solution to helping prevent unwanted fats, oils and grease (FOG) build up in your drains.
The most important factor in choosing a grease trap is to ensure the trap is correctly sized. If an undersized trap is fitted, this can result in backing up of waste water and crucially the grease trap not doing it's job efficiently.

GT20: 380mm x 275mm x 230mm
GT40: 380mm x 380mm x 285mm
GT60: 450mm x 450mm x 300mm
GT80: 550mm x 450mm x 325mm
GT100: 750mm x 450mm x 325mm
Our GT20 and GT40 traps are suitable for a single sink bowl. If you have a single bowl with a dishwasher then consider the GT60.
If you have two sinks bowls then the GT80 is recommended. For those requiring a minimum 100 litre grease trap or have two sinks + dishwasher, then our GT100 is the perfect solution - this can accommodate up to sink bowls and ensures the busiest of kitchen sinks won't back up.
All of our Grease Traps are manual 'powered' meaning they run entirely using the flow of water and internal directional baffles which channel the water and aid the separation process ensuring fats, oils and grease remain inside the trap whilst the waste water easily escapes.
