This SI cover and auto are in at least very good condition. It is only the cover page. It has a staple tear and bent corner. It is dated Nov. 6,1995, and depicts the World Series Champs that year. This autograph was obtained by a mail request to Mr. Maddux. I actually sent him a different photo and this is what he returned.  It does not come with a COA so please look closely at photos to determine authenticity.  Signed in black Sharpie. Smoke free home.
