Suitable for various Sony Aftermarket AV Headunits with 16-pin connectors and steering wheel control compatibility, APP9SP4 is a kit that includes an APP8 Secondary ISO Harness and Steering Wheel Control (SWC) Patch Lead. The APP8 Secondary ISO Harness converts the aftermarket headunit plug into a universal double ISO connector system, providing a simple installation solution for your aftermarket headunit into your vehicle when paired with an Aerpro Steering Wheel Control Interface or Infodapter. The Steering Wheel Control (SWC) Patch Lead simply connects between the aftermarket headunit and the Aerpro Steering Wheel Control Interface or Infodapter module, which enables your OEM steering wheel controls to work with the compatible aftermarket Sony AV Headunit.

Please Note:

Harnesses vary between headunit models, to find the correct harness for your headunit, use the Aerpro Headunit Selector.
Depending on the vehicle and aftermarket headunit, installation may not be completely plug-and-play, a small amount of hard wiring may still be required to complete the installation.
To enable steering wheel control function, this harness must be uséd on a compatible headunit and in conjunction with Aerpro Steering Wheel Control Interface or Infodater (Sold Separately).
Includes handbrake and reverse camera trigger wires.

Shipping cost:

Please note that we use a wide range of couriers including Fastway, Toll, and others. In most cases, you will get an email from eBay with your tracking and one from the freight company.

If you require insurance on your product, you should contact us as this is not usually included in the price of your product, and if it is damaged in transit, this is usually not covered.

If your unit is in the rare case damaged in transit, you need to report it to us within 24 hours of receiving the unit(s). If your unit is insured, that is the window that we have to lodge a claim on your behalf.

Please note that if you have a PO BOX / LOCKED BOX / PARCEL LOCKER ADDRESS, you will need to choose the Australia Post shipping option at check out, as Fastway Courier company's deliveries are not accepted by Australia Post facilities.

All products are SHIPPED WITH AUTHORITY TO LEAVE. Please keep a close eye on the tracking as the unit makes its way out to you.

No International Shipping. eBay confirmed addresses only. Items will be shipped within 48 working hours of receiving payment in full.

Delivery time:

For all our loyal NT, WA, and remote area clients, please be aware that your parcels can take up to 10 working days to arrive at your location. If you are having issues with your scanning, please contact the relevant freight company.

Immediate Payment is required after the Winning Bid, or within 3 days of accepted offers.
Item will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving full payment.
If the item is not paid for within 3 days, the purchase will be cancelled.

Returns

30-day return policy.

You have up to 30 days to return an item to us.
To be eligible for the 30-day return the following criteria must be met:
-   Units must still be brand new in the box, still factory-sealed.
-   Units must be returned to us fit for resale (the original packaging etc. must be intact).
-   You must have an RMA number issued by us for the product that you are returning. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the front of the package. If the RMA number is not visible, the unit will not be accepted at the warehouse.
-   Please make sure to insure your package on the way back to us as damage in transit and products lost in transit will not be covered.
- A 20% restocking fee + if free shipping was selected at check out, the original included shipping fee (between 4.5 - $45 depending on product size and delivery location, if you chose express this can not be refunded) will be recovered from the refund.

When you buy from us, we've got you covered by Australian-backed warranties!
We have set up direct service agreements with the vast majority of our suppliers so this means the units are shipped directly from the clients back to the service departments for the manufacturers. This cuts down on service time and cost for everyone involved! All of the relevant paperwork etc. is on hand so if you ever have an issue, just know that you are covered buy an Australian-wide warranty!

Please note that return freight costs are not covered.
