The Russia 5,000 Rubles Banknote was issued by the Bank of Russia in 1992 in light blue and burgundy color combination. Its obverse depicts the Bolshoi Theatre, the Saviour’s Tower, Kremlin buildings, and high-rises in Moscow. The reverse of the note features the Secret Tower, the First Nameless Tower, the Second Nameless Tower, and the Peter’s Tower on the Moscow Kremlin’s southern wall with the Bolshoi Moskvoretsky Bridge over the Moskva River and the Kotelnicheskaya Embankment Apartment building in the background. The paper bill does not contain a security thread but has a watermark that reveals a star pattern. The note is 145 x 70 mm in size and is signed by Georgy Matyukin. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition.
